1:1 Coaching
We meet every 1-2 weeks for an hour, and you set our focus for each session. We map what's true, what's possible, and the what next small move looks like. Between sessions, you simmer on a small experiment or reflection.
- No session minimum. Change takes time.
- Video, phone, or walk-and-talk (in Washington, DC) by mutual preference.
- Voice notes between sessions when something comes up.
- Sliding scale available — ask about pricing flexibility.
Immunity to Change Workshops
Ideal for teams or groups facing transitions and change. We sit with the possibilities of change and learn from our resistance to it. Each participant walks away with new self-compassion and new experiments that will, with time, overturn their immunities to change.
- 1.5-3 hours, with a midpoint break.
- Pre-work: a short written reflection.
